- Rs. 55% of Building Plan fee for documents scrutiny to be submitted in BOP at the time of submission of documents. Building Plan Fee of Rs.5 per sq. ft. of covered area will be paid once case is approved by Chief Officer. (Fee will be calculated on total covered area in Square Feet).

- Your sanction letter will be delivered within 21 working days.

- This service will be issued by your Relevant Municipal Corporation Lahore.
- Payment
- Fee payment mode will be through Bank. Bank of Punjab (Adjacent to e-Khidmat Markaz Jinnah Hall Lahore). 5 -->
The fee is not the whole cost. Undertaking of damages (BB-5) (e-Stamp Paper Rs. 1200), Bank Challan Form (Amount calculated on covered area per sq. ft.) carry their own cost on top.
